Each plank is coated with Treffert UV coating, a water-based product manufactured in Germany — one of the highest-quality and premium UV coatings available today.

Natural wood floors at Real Tree are finished with five layers of UV coating, cured using ultraviolet light, ensuring the flooring is highly resistant to warping or swelling.

WHAT IS UV COATING?

UV COATING PROCESS FOR WOOD FLOORING

Step 5: UV Drying + Sanding + Dust Removal + Primer Coat 3 & 4 — The second round of priming and sanding removes dust, increases bonding, and prepares the surface for the final coating.

Step 6: UV Drying + Sanding + Final Coating — Adds the top protective layer, giving the floor its scratch-resistant and glossy finish.

Step 7: Final Inspection & Finishing — The product is completed and ready for market distribution.
